At GoalRush Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

What We Cover:
We offer a full refund or free replacement for the following:

* Incorrect item received
* Damaged or defective product upon arrival

To be eligible, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@goalrushstudio.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Where relevant, please include a photo of the item.

Change of Mind & Sizing
As all products are custom printed on demand specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. We strongly recommend reviewing our Size Guide before placing your order.

How We Resolve It
Once your claim is reviewed, we will offer either a replacement item or a full refund to your original payment method, at our discretion based on the nature of the issue. Resolution is typically processed within 3-5 business days of approval.
